Your business should have two full years of financial accounts and be either a Limited Company or LLP registered at Companies House, or a partnership or sole trader that operates in England, Scotland or Wales. Property security to be charged by the Bank should be owner occupied trading premises of freehold or long leasehold (with 99 years+ unexpired term remaining) nature in England, Scotland and Wales also. Security will be required as appropriate.
