This data is free for you to use. All we ask is that you credit 'Close Brothers Asset Finance' if you do use it.

The UK’s SMEs strongly believed that having a diverse workforce is both beneficial to their bottom line and makes it easier to attract candidates. Over 70% of respondents agreed that diversity is good for their financial performance, contrasted to only 18% who did not; the remaining 11% were ‘unsure’. The benefits of having a diverse workforce was also well understood, with 64% of the opinion it made their business more attractive to candidates.
