The Everyman Broadgate is located 3 minutes away by foot from Crown Place.

- 3.45 - 4.20pm: Welcome tea and coffee reception (Bar)
- 4.20 - 4.30pm: Call to Awards ceremony (Screen 2)
- 4.30 - 5.40pm: Awards ceremony (Screen 2)
- 5.30 - 7pm: Drinks reception and light nibbles
- 7pm: Event ends

The dress code is professional/business wear (this doesn’t mean suit and tie!)
